By registering for, accessing, or using BreakEven, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.

BreakEven reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

Services

BreakEven provides financial technology and management services on a subscription or usage basis.

Features may be updated, modified, or discontinued to improve performance, comply with regulations, or align with business strategy, without prejudice to stored user data or core functionality.

Subscriptions & Payments

• Payments are processed securely via Mada (مدى) or approved payment providers.
• By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges.

User Obligations

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate and lawful information.
• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials.
• Comply with all Saudi laws and regulations.
• Refrain from unlawful or abusive use of the platform.
• Bear full responsibility for all activity under their account.

Users warrant that uploaded content does not violate intellectual property or applicable laws.

Data Ownership & Promotional Rights

• User data remains fully owned by the user.
• By using BreakEven, you grant permission to display your company name and logo in marketing materials solely for identification purposes.
• No confidential or operational data will ever be disclosed.

Consent may be withdrawn in writing and will be honored within a reasonable timeframe. BreakEven may retain backup copies for operational and security continuity within lawful limits.

Third-Party Services

BreakEven integrates external services, including payment processors and regulatory systems.

The Company bears no liability for failures, interruptions, or losses caused by third-party services.

Limitation of Liability

BreakEven is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

BreakEven shall not be liable for:

• Data loss due to force majeure or external events.
• Service interruptions beyond reasonable control.
• Indirect or consequential damages.
• Business decisions made using the platform.

Maximum liability is limited to the total subscription fees paid by the user during the 12 months preceding the claim.

Suspension & Termination

BreakEven may suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Terms violations
• Non-payment
• Misuse or unlawful activity

Users may cancel subscriptions at any time; cancellation applies to the next billing cycle. Data may be deleted following termination, subject to legal obligations.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Disputes shall be resolved before the competent courts of Saudi Arabia. BreakEven reserves the right to require arbitration where legally permissible.

Prevailing Language

In case of discrepancy between Arabic and English versions, the English version shall prevail.
